Bradley Mills began his teaching career during his undergraduate studies at MSSU, where he was actively involved in teaching University Experience courses for incoming freshman. During his graduate studies at the University of Missouri, Bradley worked as a full time teaching assistant each year, where he was active in teaching laboratories and discussion/recitation sections for introductory physics courses. Bradley was soon offered the role of Head Teaching Assistant, where he instructed and supervised both graduate teaching assistants and undergraduate learning assistants, along with working as the chair of the teaching excellence committee in improving laboratory manuals and organization of annual teaching assistant training sessions. During this time, Bradley was also active in faculty development, including the University of Missouri preparing future faculty programs, along with completing a minor in college teaching. Bradley worked to promote his own personal student outreach outside the classroom, where he personally developed his own exam review sessions, along with small group physics review sessions including, Physics at Panera and Fun With Physics!
