Rorke begins his first season as the Trinity football offensive coordinator. Rorke comes to Trinity after spending the last three years in the same position at Lehigh University, where he helped the Engineers win a Patriot League title in 2004 and lead the Patriot League in scoring the last two seasons.

Rorke earned his bachelor’s degree in government from Dartmouth College in 1989, where he was a four-year player at quarterback. Rorke’s Lehigh offense led the Patriot League in scoring, total offense, passing offense, and first downs in 2004 and 2005 and two of his quarterbacks finished ranked among the top 12 in the nation in pass efficiency in three seasons. Also possessing Division III head coaching experience, Rorke coached Plymouth State University from 1999 to 2002 and guided the Panthers to a league title in 2001 and an ECAC Northeast Championship crown in 1999.

Prior to Plymouth State, Rorke was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, and also the head golf coach, at Illinois Wesleyan University. That team won a pair of league titles and reached the NCAA Division III Quarterfinals in 1996. He also served as the wide receivers coach for three years and as an offensive assistant for two seasons at 1990 NCAA Division I-A National Co-Champion Georgia Tech. In addition, Rorke is the coordinator of Trinity’s fitness center.
