Saundra Kee Borges has taught as a visiting lecturer in the Public Policy graduate program since 2003.  Saundra currently serves as the Corporation Counsel for the City of Hartford. Prior to her postion with the City, Suandra was a partner in the law firm of Kee Borges & Silvestri.  Saundra also served as Hartford City Manager from 1993 to 2002 and as Hartford's Senior Assistant Corporation Counsel from 1983 to 1993.  She currently serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
