Saundra Kee Borges has taught as a visiting lecturer in the Public Policy graduate program since 2003.  She has been a partner in the law firm of Kee Borges & Silvestri since 2002.  She served as Hartford City Manager from 1993 to 2002 and as Hartford's Senior Assistant Corporation Counsel from 1983 to 1993.  She also currently serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
