Professor Yoon received his Ph.D. in computer science from Pennsylvania State University in 1996, where he developed numerical algorithms for guidance and control systems for underwater signal processing at the Applied Research Laboratory. Since then he has taught at Azusa Pacific University and now is an associate professor at Trinity College. He is interested in developing visualization techniques for time-varying data for signal and image processing.
