Dr. Fotos joined the Trinity faculty on a visiting basis in 2000. He has taught annually in the graduate public policy program since then and has contributed undergraduate courses in political science and environmental science where he co-developed and co-taught an inter-disciplinary seminar for senior ENVS majors. Dr. Fotos has held senior state government posts overseeing natural resource and economic development agencies. He has also managed land protection programs for a major environmental NGO.
Dr. Fotos is a Lecturer in Political Science and Ethics, Politics, and Economics at Yale University. He volunteers as a director of Connecticut Farmland Trust, presently serving as the board president, and as a director and instructor of Warrior-Scholar Project, a national non-profit that conducts "academic boot camps" for enlisted veterans transitioning from military service to competitive four-year institutions.
