Jocelyn Foye is a designer and artist, using her process to inspire and insight change. She is the co-creator of The Womxn Project, an art activism organization focusing on Rhode Island abortion rights and access.

As a fine artist and designer, Jocelyn creates spectacle events in both traditional and non-traditional settings with whatever the tool is that suites the challenge of the installation, in the US and abroad. Her installations collide between social practice, performance, asymmetry, typography, other traditional studio art processes. Similarly, she brings this approach to her activism and teaching. With a foundation in drawing, design, digital processes and analytics, Foye uses targeted behavioral outcomes as a means to begin a project and insight site specific interest.

She received her B.A. at Trinity College in 1999 and M.F.A in Sculpture at California State University, Long Beach in 2006. Foye is a receipent of the The California Community Foundation, Individual Artist Fellowship
