Wendy Bartlett is entering her 23rd year as head coach of the Trinity College women’s tennis and squash teams. In 22 seasons, her squash team has compiled a record of 226-71. Her tennis team has compiled a record of 155-102-1.
During her tenure at Trinity, Bartlett has improved upon the College’s excellent tennis & squash tradition. She emphasizes hard work and perseverance during drills, conditioning, and competition throughout practice sessions. When working individually with players, she strives to develop skills that her players can apply in competitive situations.
The source of both team’s success extends beyond Bartlett’s dedication to excellence on the court. There also exists a special quality in Trinity women’s tennis and squash-a genuine spirit and enthusiasm that add much enjoyment and excitement to both sports.
Bartlett earned her bachelor’s degree from Rollins College and obtained her master’s degree in physical education from Central Connecticut Sate University.
