Naogan Ma has been teaching at Trinity College for almost 23 years. During these years, she has not only taught Chinese language of all levels, including the creation of new Chinese courses, but also taught five freshman seminars. In addition to the academic workload, she has consistently contributed in developing  the Asian Studies program. Outside of the College, She also served on the Executive Committee of China Cooperative Language and Study Program of Council on International Educational Exchange. She was on the Board of Education in the town of West Hartford.  Currently, She is the Vice President of the Greater Hartford Chinese Cultural Center.
