Please feel free to attend these bi-weekly yoga classes that are open to the Trinity community. No registration is necessary, just show up! Every level of expertise is welcome. It is suggested that participants wear loose-fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel for the floor. The instructor, Diana Gunther, has been a certified Kripalu yoga instructor for nearly a dozen years. Classes are held Mondays from 5-6PM and Thursdays from 1-2PM in the Vernon Social Center. Cancellations or changes will be posted on the Trinity Exchange.
