Why is Connecticut losing its young? Come tell your story TODAY!!

HartBeat Ensemble logoStudents and all interested persons are invited to talk about your decision to stay or leave the area after college TODAY from 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the Reese Room of the Smith House.

HartBeat, an ensemble theatre group, will improvise the conflicts that are inherent to these decisions to stay or leave. Your stories will be become part of a larger effort to inform the public and the legislature about this topic.

HartBeat creates original, professional theater about issues that are relevant to the people of Greater Hartford and beyond. Through main stage plays, open-air performances, and its educational programs, HartBeat brings audiences together beyond the barriers of gender, class, and race and inspires individuals toward meaningful social change.

If this opportunity is of interest to you feel free to just show up today at 11:00 a.m. in the Smith House. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact Jason Rojas at jason.rojas@trincoll.edu (x4166) or Joe Barber at jbarber@trincoll.edu (x4256).

Thanks in advance for your interest, and we look forward to seeing you TODAY!!
